For our holiday center and mountain school located in Ondallaz-sur-Blonay, which organizes green weeks and ski camps for classes from the City of Renens throughout the school year and colonies during the holidays, we are looking for a:
Sociocultural Animator - 80% to 90%
Your mission:
You will be responsible, in collaboration with the center director and the concerned teachers, for organizing the daily life and activities of the hosted class by carrying out an educational and pedagogical action in accordance with the institutional line.
You will supervise the work of interns and temporary animator teams for holiday camps.
Training:
You have a HES training in animation or an equivalent qualification.
You have a strong interest in nature-related activities and sensitivity to environmental education.
CAS education in environment through nature desired.
Driving license D1 and OACP an asset.
Experience:
You have confirmed experience in animation and ideally in daily life management with children aged 6 to 15.
You have experience in organizing holiday camps and as an educational manager.
You have already developed nature activities in all seasons.

Comfortable in a multicultural environment, your easy contact with children between 6 and
15 years old allows you to create a bond with them.
Conditions and contact:
Workplace: Mountain school and holiday center in Ondallaz-sur-Blonay.
Activity rate: 80%-90% (annualized rate)
Schedule: the position requires irregular hours including evenings.
Ability to work 100% during peak animation times (school holidays) and night watches. Working time is planned over 42 weeks of effective work.
Working days: Monday to Friday (according to schedule) as well as 10 Saturdays or Sundays per year.
Desired start date: January 5, 2026 or to be agreed.
