The Regional Police Suret is responsible for local safety in three municipalities with around 28,000 residents. To strengthen our team in the administrative area, we are looking for a dedicated person as a civilian police officer, 80 - 100 % starting from 1.11.2025 or by agreement. You will work in a two-person team at the police station of the Regional Police Suret in Suhr. Your main tasks
- Telephone & counter service, as well as handling incoming emails
- Processing daily mail
- Providing information, accepting information, loss of ID cards and
- Managing business control
- Clarifications in the hospitality industry, issuing retail permits and
- Processing fines (from receipt to reminders & forwarding to the public prosecutor)
- Reading & processing speed measurements
- Managing parking permits
- Assisting in the reporting or recovery of motorbike/bicycle thefts
- Experience in the commercial sector
- Good general education, completed vocational training, and impeccable
- High social competence, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
- Good German language skills and IT experience
- Police knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Quick comprehension
- Interesting and diverse activities in the civilian area of the Regional Police
