«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.What distinguishes us
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary treatment team in complex situations. Several weekly doctor visits, location meetings, and case discussions as well as daily support/coaching of the teams by the nursing support.
- Stays of residents between two weeks and three months, which leads to a lot of variety in everyday nursing care.
- A mix of complex palliative situations, short-stay patients, and rehabilitation, which provides plenty of room to learn new things.
- Learning site for nursing students HF and apprentices in health professions EFZ.
