YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Leading a team of 8 employees (carpenters and floor layers) and supervising interior fitting work on rail vehicles in service
- Execution and guidance according to drawings and documentation
- Carrying out refresh work on existing rail vehicles
- Handling warranty and rework both domestically and abroad
- Planning the required testing and auxiliary equipment as well as the necessary spare parts and tools for service deployment
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ (or comparable training) with appropriate further education
- Initial leadership experience desirable
- Experience in rail vehicle construction and service is an advantage
- IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
