We are looking for a motivated operations collaborator with solid experience in the recycling, construction, or industry sectors. As an active member of our team, you will contribute to developing innovative, efficient, and sustainable approaches in our operations.
What you do...
- Professional sorting of materials for recovery
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Data entry of incoming/outgoing stocks
- Storage of materials
- Routine maintenance and upkeep of machines and installations
- Various assistance tasks in operations
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations
- Encourage continuous improvement through error analysis and improvement ideas
- Exercise decision-making and leadership authority
- Assign additional tasks for personnel or operational reasons
What you bring...
- Technical or commercial basic training with several years of experience
- Basic technical training (recycler, locksmith, mechanic, or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of metals
- Driving license for forklift
- Native French speaker with knowledge of German preferred
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Friendly contact with clients
- Stress resistance, even in hectic situations
