Recruitment & Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the job

1. Administrative support in day-to-day business for recruitment and RPO activities
2. Coordination of interviews, meetings and appointments with clients and candidates
3. Maintenance of our applicant management system and ensuring clean documentation
4. Creation and editing of job advertisements, candidate dossiers, presentations and other documents
5. Support with general administrative tasks as well as continuous optimisation of our internal processes
6. Participation in internal projects and taking on further organisational tasks depending on interest and development

1. Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
2. Initial experience in administration, HR or recruiting
3. Structured, independent and reliable working style
4. Enjoyment in organising and coordinating
5. Service-oriented personality with high initiative
6. Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
7. Confident handling of MS Office
