tasks

• In the dementia ward, you care for and support the residents according to their needs and requirements
• As deputy to the team leader, you lead, support and develop a team as well as trainees and interns
• You assist in planning and optimising a sensible operational workflow
• The correct recording of services, BESA assessment and implementation of QM forms also fall within your responsible duties
• Finally, you manage the electronic resident documentation
• The workload can, depending on preference, range between 80 and 100%

requirements

• You have completed basic training as a qualified nurse (HF / FH); for foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is required
• It is important that you enjoy supporting and organising
