In our Medical Center located in the heart of Zurich, directly at the main train station, we care for patients without appointment 365 days a year.
Our team, consisting of nearly 60 employees, is made up of specialists in General Internal Medicine, laboratory staff, and MPAs, covering the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic spectrum of general and internal medicine.

Professional and personnel management of the reception team
Organization and optimization of practice processes for smooth operations
Co-supervision and support of trainees during their training
Onboarding new employees and ensuring their integration into the team
What you bring
Completed training as an MPA or health professional with additional qualification as MPK or leadership training
Leadership experience, ideally in a deputy or similar leadership role
Team player with leadership qualities and joy in guiding and developing employees
Enjoy developing and implementing new ideas within the leadership team
Experience and knowledge in process optimization
IT affinity and confident handling of IT systems
Good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
