Polymechanic as CNC Turner / Long Turner, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• You are responsible for programming, setting up and operating modern multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres as well as long turning machines
• In doing so, you manufacture demanding precision parts in the field of décolletage and fine mechanics
• You also take on the independent complete machining of complex workpieces from bar stock
• You also optimise existing CNC programmes, tools, cutting data and manufacturing processes
• Carrying out quality controls and ensuring the required tight tolerances are also important tasks of yours
• Depending on experience, you also work with CAM-supported programming solutions and actively contribute your knowledge to production optimisation

Requirements

• You have completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent (m/f/d)
• In addition, you bring practical professional experience in CNC turning as well as in décolletage and/or fine mechanics
• You are very familiar with independent programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes or long turning
• Experience with multi-axis turning and milling centres with main and counter spindles as well as driven tools is also very welcome
• Knowledge of Citizen, Traub or comparable long turning and turn-mill centres is a great advantage but not a requirement
• CAM knowledge, ideally with HyperMill, is also welcome
• Do you consider yourself precise, quality-conscious and independent in your work as well as technically skilled?
