About the job
What you will achieve:
- Triggering and monitoring automated and manual compensations, responding to internal and external enquiries, and coordinating with our service centres and insurance processing
- Conducting control, correction and recovery processes and ensuring system quality through optimisation and further development
- Implementing new requirements in Syrius and in processes as well as participating in projects
- Exchanging with relevant internal company interfaces (IT, HR and Finance) and with external sales channels

- Successful education with vocational baccalaureate at the commercial school with good to very good results and a long-term internship as a prerequisite
- Interest in health and insurance topics and enthusiasm for economic subjects
- You are reliable, determined, enjoy working in a team and are communicative
- A flair for dealing with numbers and good grades in German, Mathematics, French and English
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
