Your scope of action:
- Independent performance of support tasks during the night for the assigned residents
- Specific support tasks according to agreement with the department employees and the department management
- Ensures a pleasant and calm atmosphere in the residential groups that supports falling asleep
- Support with personal hygiene
- Carrying out cleaning tasks taking hygiene regulations into account
- Reflection and documentation of support work
- Independent handling of organizational, financial, and administrative tasks
- Completion of training in the specialist field (HF nursing specialist, FABE, FAGE or similar)
- Practical experience and function-specific further training
- Can actively apply professional skills in everyday life
- High social competence and high empathy
- German language skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of common IT and Office programs
- Great freedom to shape things thanks to flat hierarchy
