YOUR MISSION

You are responsible for the visual strategy of our "Point of Sale" – from the desk to the planned implementation in the stores. Your workplace is in Baden-Dättwil, with travel appointments to our stores throughout Switzerland.

In this "hybrid" role you will develop:

• Visual merchandising guidelines and window display concepts in InDesign and Excel
• Comprehensive decoration and implementation concepts for all branches
• Structured plans for the planning and coordination of the materials used

Furthermore, you will regularly be on site in our stores – especially in Zurich, Zug, Basel, St. Gallen, and Lucerne – to implement your concepts yourself, assess their impact, and continuously further develop them.

HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Development and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines taking into account the CI/CD guidelines

Planning of the annual POS communication (seasons, promotions, campaigns, own and third-party brand presentation)

Coordination of the creation and ordering of VM materials in coordination with the marketing department and graphics

Creation of instructions for our stores and conducting training sessions

Regular exchange with marketing and sales about POS activities and upcoming campaigns

Regular communication with branch employees about activities and optimisation of product presentation

On-site support in our branches

Coordination of the storage of VM materials (including mannequins, POS tools)

Support of retail marketing

Close collaboration with all interfaces: marketing, merchandising, branch teams

WHAT SETS YOU APART

Completed training as a 3D polydesigner (or comparable qualification)

3-5 years of experience

Confident InDesign and Excel skills

Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical implementation

Very good German skills (mandatory)

French or Italian skills are a plus

Organisational talent and confidence in coordinating several projects

Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland (1–2 days weekly, flexible)
