We are looking for a sales assistant for the Technical Products department at our FNAC Fribourg store, for a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure a quality service

• You handle the payment of products

• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to foster customer loyalty

• Work in the areas of Technical Products: telephony, multimedia, sound, TV, etc.

• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department's presentation

• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
