You accompany four ISR children in our integration class at the middle school level and design their support flexibly: within the class group or separately in the adjacent group room, which also serves as your home base. You work with a fixed class teacher in a single class – clear responsibilities and efficient coordination are part of our daily routine. You work independently on support planning and methodology. Collaboration and coordination with the school assistance is a central part of your work.
