Role Objective:

The aim of this position is to ensure the operational readiness of technical systems and devices in the assigned area of deployment. Through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and professional support of customers and partners, you will significantly contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on technical devices and systems
• Analysing and resolving faults as well as replacing defective components
• Performing software and system updates
• Monitoring operational readiness and ensuring high availability of devices
• Supporting and advising customers as well as maintaining existing partner relationships
• Conducting quality checks, inventory assessments, and administrative tasks
• Organising and managing consumables and stock levels

Your Profile:

• Completed technical basic training in mechanics, electronics, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of hardware and software as well as general PC user skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
• Neat and professional appearance
• Driving licence category B
