Your tasks
- In your future role, you will be active on-site with our customers and support the IT managers, local IT teams, and end users as a competent contact person and customer representative
- You quickly and precisely capture concerns and are responsible for receiving, qualifying, and processing requests, incidents, and changes
- You support the users and IT teams of the customer on-site and take care of the maintenance of workplaces, applications, and the IT backend infrastructure
- You are the contact person for all IT questions and help customers solve their problems. For complex or lengthy issues, you receive support from your team of support and systems engineers
- Through your direct customer support, you ensure smooth use of our IT outsourcing services and turn our customers into fans
- You organize your workday and tasks independently and work on-site at the customer, at the UPGREAT office, or from home in a hybrid work model
Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or are a career changer with corresponding professional experience in the IT environment (mandatory)
- You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally as a supporter, support engineer, or operations engineer – preferably at an IT service provider
- You bring solid know-how in the Microsoft system environment and work confidently with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office / Office 365, as well as common standard software.
- You are familiar with Windows servers (including functions and roles), Active Directory, Exchange Server, Citrix, and have experience in the network area (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- You master German at a native level and can also communicate well in English – both written and spoken
- You possess a category B driving license (mandatory)
- You enjoy working in direct customer contact and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have a pronounced service understanding, high resilience, and flexibility
- You are self-organized, think ahead, and like to take responsibility
