Your contribution to KPMG
Marketing Operations Management & Process Optimization
- Coordinate campaign send-outs, including target group selection, scheduling, and execution.
- Provide first-level user support for internal marketing tools.
- Own and further develop the end-to-end lead management process.
- Optimize marketing operations by streamlining and optimizing our internal processes.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for marketing teams, including training sessions and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all training materials and marketing practices.
- Collect and analyze user requirements to enhance marketing journeys.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Design and maintain automated client journeys using marketing automation tools
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with e-mail marketing tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with target group segmentation and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of lead management and client journey optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)
