- Collaboration in the Swiss Re Group supervision team
- Independent analysis of financial and risk information in both regular and case-related supervision, if necessary involving subject matter experts
- Maintaining regular dialogue with the supervised entity and its audit firm
- Participation in on-site inspections or intensive supervision of the insurance group
- Mutual support, knowledge transfer, and representation within the team
- Coordination, responsibility, or support of working groups or projects
- University degree with a business or economics background, further training as CFA or FRM is an advantage
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience in the reinsurance industry
- In-depth knowledge in capital, liquidity, or enterprise risk management
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, independently develop solution proposals, and confidently apply regulatory principles in practice; combined with proactive and responsible behavior
- Convincing demeanor towards the supervised entity, even in difficult discussions
- Affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration and strong team spirit
- Very good language skills in German (C2) and English (C2)
