The Solothurn Center Oberwald supports, accompanies, and specifically promotes individuals with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Around 200 employees throughout the foundation are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Biberist, we are looking for someone starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Nursing Specialist / Deputy Team Leader, 80-100%
What to expect
- Ensuring professional basic and treatment care
- Performing medical technical procedures and care services according to training and further education level
- Supporting the team leadership in ensuring high care quality
- Close collaboration and regular exchange with the team leadership and support in the personnel and organizational management of the team
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Contact person for client concerns, appreciative and close collaboration with relatives, guardians, and referral agencies
- Willingness to work shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ
- Existing leadership training or willingness to further educate in this area
- Professional experience in the health and social sector and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good leadership, social, and professional skills as well as pronounced communication skills
- Decision-making ability and assertiveness
- High physical and mental resilience
- Very good IT user knowledge
