We build digital, buildable fabrication models, which we transfer into a prefabrication process for our customers. From the construction site to the office? For the growing segment of prefabrication, we are looking for a building technician or heating installer as a BIM-to-Field model author (m/f) 80-100%. Your tasks: You are the link between classic building technology planning and the executing contractor on the construction site; creating buildable fabrication models in the areas of sanitary and heating; supplementing the models with fastening technology as well as all necessary information for model-based construction processes; close collaboration with planning teams and executing partners. Your qualities: openness to new technologies and working methods; conviction that the future lies in model-based working processes; completed basic training in building technology; several years of practical experience on the construction site; motivation to actively help shape a novel and future-oriented activity.
