Plant Operator in the Food Industry (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the correct operation of larger production lines
• In addition, you mix raw materials according to recipes and enter the required data digitally
• Furthermore, you supervise 2-3 employees and thus ensure a smooth production process
• Troubleshooting any occurring malfunctions is also one of your important tasks
• You work in a 3-shift system
• The position is expected to be filled from summer 2026

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a food technologist, miller, plant operator or equivalent, or you bring good practical experience in the food sector (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you have many years of professional experience in the food industry
• School leavers are also very welcome
• Good German language skills are required
