Your tasks are
- Scheduling and monitoring all incoming disposition orders in our IT system
- Contact person for our customers and couriers for all questions regarding disposition
- Recording all events in our system (pickups, deliveries, …)
- Organization of emergency pickups as well as deliveries of findings and consumables as well as goods pickups
- Ensuring the economical use of our resources as well as compliance with regulations regarding safety, hygiene, accident prevention, and data protection
