The Office for Youth and Career Counseling is part of the Education Directorate and is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. Netz2 consists of the two services "Netz2 Case Management Vocational Training" and "Netz2 ÜBER18".
The service "Netz2 Case Management Vocational Training" supports adolescents and young adults in multiple burdened situations on their way to a secondary level II qualification (EBA, EFZ or Matura). The low-threshold contact point ÜBER18 provides information on various topics related to growing up and offers corresponding counseling.
From September 1, 2026, we offer an apprenticeship position for students of a University of Applied Sciences for Social Work in the field of Case Management Vocational Training. As trainees, you will have the opportunity to get to know the diverse range of services. You will be systematically trained.
This includes:
- Working in Case Management Vocational Training, case management, and the associated documentation.
- Planning and providing needs-based assistance
- Coordination of the network
- Networking and advising specialist offices and adolescents / young adults
- Counseling and case discussions with the case makers
- Participation in meetings, intervisions, and supervisions
What you bring:
You have already completed two semesters of the basic studies at a University of Applied Sciences for Social Work or are in the second semester of the same. We are looking for a reliable and resilient person who is characterized by an independent way of working.
