At the beginning of the trial days, you will receive a brief general introduction to the special features of our institution. During the trial, you will accompany a professional from the Senior and Health Center at work. Depending on the situation, you can take on smaller tasks or perform activities under supervision. You can ask questions at any time and learn about the background of processes. At the end of the trial days, you have the opportunity to reflect on your impressions and discuss your further steps for a possible application. For your commitment with us, you will receive a written evaluation.
We offer
The versatile training FAGE and AGS is suitable for young people with secondary school diploma A or B with good school performance (FAGE) or secondary school diploma B or C with good school performance (AGS). Important are: sociability, communication skills, empathy, resilience and perseverance as well as teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
