Senior Marketing Consultant (m/f/d)

The Marketing Consulting department is part of the overall marketing of Raiffeisen Switzerland and is responsible for advising, supporting, and training all Raiffeisen banks in strategic and operational marketing matters.

For our dedicated team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a reliable and communicative personality as Senior Marketing Consultant (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Development of cross-channel communication concepts for Raiffeisen banks and regional associations, tailored to local requirements and national campaigns
• Creation of targeted media plans for omni-channel campaigns, independently or in collaboration with agencies
• Coordination of campaigns with internal departments such as brand, topic, and channel management, especially for new approaches or high-reach communication mixes
• Presentation of concepts and campaigns to decision-makers of banks and associations as well as active relationship management
• Management of the entire production process: briefing, text, concept evaluation, offers, budget responsibility, and quality assurance for defined subject areas

• Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences, college) in marketing, communication, or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communication
• Strong conceptual work skills and an open, cooperative mindset
• Consulting competence as well as experience in key account management
• Experience in managing complex marketing projects and dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Very good German skills; French and Italian are an advantage
