Reporting to the Head of the Grand Complications Workshop, your main mission will be to ensure the complete assembly, commissioning, adjustment, and casing of our Grand Complication calibre. In this role, you will be involved in the entire production process, from component preparation to final inspections, guaranteeing a level of technical and aesthetic excellence in line with our standards.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Repair and inspect components, checking dimensions and aesthetics.
• Assemble sub-assemblies anticipating the constraints of major complications.
• Assemble the Grand Complication movement respecting the strictest watchmaking tolerances.
• Commission, adjust, and synchronise the complications to ensure their perfect interaction.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical complexity.
• Perform fine adjustment of the movement to guarantee performance, stability, and durability.
• Carry out casing, finishing, and final aesthetic inspection of exceptional pieces.
• Conduct functional/chronometric tests and contribute to continuous improvement with internal teams.

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Watchmaker or an equivalent qualification, with at least 8 years of experience in Complications.
• A good knowledge of all traditional watchmaking complications is essential, namely the chronograph, rattrapante, minute repeater, and perpetual calendar. You must master the adjustment of all functions of each of these complications.
• Passionate about your profession, versatile and calm, you enjoy working completely autonomously and are recognised for your quality work.
• You have no difficulty integrating into a team.
• Finally, you enjoy sharing your craft with our many visitors.
