tasks

• you provide holistic care and support to the guests and also take on daily responsibility
• in addition, you actively shape the implementation of the care process and maintain the care documentation
• furthermore, you plan and carry out activities in the area of living environment and daily life design
• you are also jointly responsible for the RAI assessment and the supervision of trainees
• the workload can be between 40 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a health specialist (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required)
• further training as a RAI coordinator or willingness to undertake it is desirable but not mandatory
• do you consider yourself a warm, competent and humorous care professional with a respectful and appreciative manner?
