- Assist with international payment processing and financial closing.
Skills
- You should have experience in accounting or be in training for it.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Abacus and MS Office.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and customer-centric.

Accounting Clerk 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
The Accounting Department in the Finance and Administration area is responsible not only for the bookkeeping of Caritas Switzerland but also for the bookkeeping of various mandate accounts.
Your tasks
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Mainly responsible for accounts receivable
- Posting incoming payments
- Issuing invoices
- Conducting dunning runs and collection work
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Handling international payment transactions
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Our requirements
- Accounting clerk or in training for this role
- Solid IT skills (e.g., Abacus, MS Office)
- Careful, precise working style and good numerical aptitude
- Strong teamwork skills and customer orientation
- Knowledge of the French language is desired
Workplace: Lucerne and 50% of the workload possible in home office
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
