- Deputy for the Internal Sales Manager
- Active management of the private customer portfolio of the General Agent
- Main responsibility for apprentice supervision (4 apprentices)
- Advice and support for customers, mainly by telephone or at the customer reception
- Support for insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments (sales support)
- Administrative support for insurance advisors
- Preparation of quotes and applications
- General correspondence

- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is essential
- Passed intermediary examination (VBV) is an advantage
- Willingness to undertake regular further training
- Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with an efficient working style
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Confident appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, sales flair
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages such as English and French are a great advantage
