Your tasks
- Technical and personnel leadership of the team including recruitment, development and support of employees as well as exit management.
- Definition, monitoring and continuous optimisation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage quality and performance.
- Design, development and further development of features in the clinical information system KISIM in the area of performance recording and coding.
- Analysis of requirements and implementation of efficient and user-oriented solutions in the complex CIS ecosystem.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as direct exchange with customers and user groups (medical and nursing staff).
- Ensuring target achievement through clear task allocation, prioritisation and structured team management.
- Responsibility for internal coordination as well as transparent and efficient information exchange.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in web app development.
- Experience in personnel management of development teams.
- Completed university degree in computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of React, Typescript and Node.js.
- Ideally experience with: Storybook, Playwright, NestJS, GraphQL, Federated GraphQL, REST, Gitlab CI, Argo, Kubernetes, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Java.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, implementation strength and quick comprehension.
- Very good communication skills with interdisciplinary teams as well as business acumen.
- Interest in healthcare and preferably initial knowledge.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French and English skills.
