About the job

• Analyse, further develop and create a uniform process understanding of the process landscape in the Engineering division within the IWB Networks business unit.
• Record, evaluate and establish sustainable process standards for our core processes, especially for infrastructure projects, together with the specialist departments.
• Model, document and ensure the currency of business processes in Signavio.
• Train employees in the application of the defined processes and in the use of Signavio and support them as a contact person.
• Monitor processes and data quality using key figures, identify improvement potentials and drive optimisation measures.

• Enjoy building new structures in a regulated yet dynamic environment, anchoring them and involving employees along the way.
• You convince with your instinct for optimisation potentials and understand how to win different stakeholders over to joint solutions with your end-to-end perspective.
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
• Completed university degree in process management, business administration, or similar.
• Very good German skills, and you can communicate well in English.
