Corporate Client Advisor (m/f/d)

We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank, which is among the largest Raiffeisen banks nationwide in Switzerland. Our powerful corporate client business is a central pillar of our success - with a broadly diversified customer base (medium to medium-sized companies) and many years of experience, we offer individual solutions even for complex financing needs. This opens up exciting fields of activity for committed employees in advising companies and entrepreneurs.

At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen, and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 70 employees, including four apprentices.

As we want to further expand the corporate client business, we are looking for a committed personality with a flair for acquisition to strengthen our team.

• Support and expansion of your own existing customer base
• Comprehensive and needs-based advice for corporate clients and their representatives (with a main focus on corporate and real estate financing)
• Structuring financing solutions and preparing analyses for credit decisions
• Creating customer-oriented solution proposals across the entire consulting and service offering in the corporate client business, involving internal bank specialists (occupational pension, estate planning, etc.)
• Participation in market development measures, performing representative tasks, active network maintenance
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential

• Completed banking training and further education with a focus on Banking & Finance
• Several years of experience in corporate client consulting (including unsecured financing) and complex property financing (investment / commercial properties)
• Sales- and customer-oriented personality with acquisition skills
• Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial action with a high level of service commitment
• Ideally, you are already locally networked and know our business area
