- Selbstorganisierte, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise ist wichtig.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und versierte EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

About the job
The Rämibühl Grammar School is a long-term grammar school with classical and modern language profiles. Around 150 teachers and 40 staff members guide approximately 900 pupils to the Swiss Federal Matura and university entrance qualification – some also to the International Baccalaureate (IB). The attractive school premises are centrally located near the Zurich universities amidst the green Rämibühl Park. From summer 2027, the school operations will continue for four years on the Irchel campus.
We are looking to fill a position in our secretariat as an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) 60 – 80% immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Organisational and administrative support of the assigned classes including maintenance of class and pupil data in the central IT tool
- Organisational and administrative support of the Central Entrance Examination (ZAP)
- Support of the school management in their activities, appointment coordination and organisation of meetings
- Telephone and reception duties at the front office (advising pupils, parents and teachers)
- Ensuring internal and external interfaces
- Substitution for colleagues during their absences
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification with several years of experience, preferably in a school environment or as an employee in a public administration
- Self-organised, efficient and precise working style and confident demeanour
- High social competence, communication skills and willingness to help
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages are an advantage
- Proficient IT user skills (MS Office suite)
- You keep an overview in hectic situations and are accustomed to prioritising daily tasks
