Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Experience in Machining Technology

Activities

You work in a small, well-coordinated team and take on the production of complex milling and drilling parts. CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls are used, where precision is part of everyday life. Thanks to your technical understanding, you complete the work independently according to drawings.

Requirements

Estimating setup and processing times
Using provided CAM programs
Ability to make minor adjustments in Mastercam
Loading programs, setting up and operating the machine
Inspecting first samples and selecting tools
Running in programs and manufacturing on time and to size
Optional: Preparing additional workstations for team members
Participating in development and modernization processes
