About the job
- You accompany our patients in the admission and emergency ward 2 during the night. In doing so, you offer individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and advice, for example on sleep-promoting measures, thus creating security and comfort.
- You also demonstrate your nursing competence in the intensive care unit and confidently master even complex situations.
- You accompany patient admissions at night together with the medical specialist and carefully document all relevant events.
- During the night, you are the contact person for the smooth operation of the ward.
- You base your attitude and approach on the evidence-based Safewards model.
- If necessary, you also flexibly support the day shift and contribute to the team.
- You are a certified nursing specialist HF or FH. For foreign degrees, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required.
- Ideally, you already have experience in psychiatric nursing in the admission and emergency area, or you want to familiarize yourself with this exciting field.
- You enjoy night work and remain calm and confident even in challenging situations.
- You are socially competent, resilient, independent, and a true team player.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good IT skills facilitate your administrative tasks.
