- You are the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, suppliers, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- You accompany our patients from admission to discharge and support them with information and services.
- You reliably process incoming information and promptly forward it to the appropriate departments.
- You undertake a variety of administrative tasks such as managing the cash register, handling mail, or ordering materials.
- You organise events and leisure activities for our patients.
Our expectations
- You have a commercial education or training in hospitality. Ideally, you already have experience in reception, administration, or healthcare.
- You enjoy working with people, approach them in a friendly and professional manner, and demonstrate a strong service orientation.
- You maintain an overview even in busy situations and work independently, reliably, and in an organised way.
- You have good MS Office skills and very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are flexible and willing to regularly work weekend shifts (approximately one weekend per month).
