WinGD is looking for a
Performance Development Intern
Responsibilities:
As an engineering student with an interest in digital development tools, you will join a team of specialists in the Combustion Development team at our headquarters in Winterthur. In this position, you will give a significant contribution to WinGD’s future engine development by developing, maintaining, and testing the tools and databases to be used for engine data post-ptocessing.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with Chemical/Combustion/Thermodynamic background
- Know-how related to (2-stroke) engine thermodynamics and combustion is beneficial
- Experience with engineering programming language such as Python
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks in parallel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good command of English language (written & oral), German appreciated
- Duration of internship 6 months full time, subsequent part time extension possible
