Your Tasks
- Support the HR administration staff with various tasks
- Review and initial selection of applications in the recruitment process
- Receive employees at the counter and take their concerns
- Administrative support for civil service employees including payroll
- Receive accident reports and registrations with the insurance
- Sorting and distributing internal and external mail
- Creating work certificates according to template
- Sending payroll statements
- Managing and ordering office supplies
Your Profile
- Completed business school
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Very good German skills
- Responsible, helpful, and open attitude
- Reliability, honesty, and sense of duty
- Precise working method
- Enjoy working in a team
