Property Manager for Rental Properties, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will manage a portfolio of rental apartments in the Winterthur - Zurich region
• You will look after tenants, prospective tenants, and caretakers
• You will also conduct apartment handovers and viewings
• You will assign tasks to craftsmen, oversee renovations, and support projects
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a commercial basic education as well as professional experience in property management (m/f/d)
• A targeted further education is desirable but not mandatory
• A category B driving licence is expected; owning a vehicle is not necessary
• Do you also describe yourself as well organised, communicative, service-oriented, and independent?
