We are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (a) 40–60% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You are in the thick of things and keep everything running smoothly:
- You organise and triage the consultation hours and ensure a seamless process
- You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone: friendly, clear, and solution-oriented
- You professionally care for patients, e.g. ECG, vital signs, blood sampling, injections, and infusions
- You prepare billing and reliably take on administrative tasks
- You actively contribute when we develop processes and projects further to improve the practice
Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility in daily tasks
- You are organised, digitally proficient, and confident with billing
- You remain calm, friendly, and professional even in busy moments
- A sense of humour and down-to-earth attitude suit us well
