General Practitioner as Location Manager - Modern Equipped Practice in the Lake Constance Region

You lead an established group practice for outpatient primary care in the Lake Constance region of Eastern Switzerland, near the border with Germany. The region is characterised by a high quality of life, nature, short distances, and very good accessibility from southern Germany.

Currently, four doctors work in the practice. You are supported by five experienced medical practice assistants. The teamwork is close, collegial, and characterised by clear processes, allowing you to focus on your medical duties.

Medically, the practice covers a broad spectrum of general practitioner care, complemented by paediatric services and basic orthopaedic-traumatological care. A modern infrastructure enables comprehensive diagnostic investigations directly on site. The practice is also very advanced technologically, using the latest IT solutions and AI-supported applications to simplify workflows and make the daily practice efficient.

Your tasks:

• General and internal medical care of patients of all ages
• Diagnostics and therapy across the entire spectrum of general internal medicine, including minor surgical procedures
• Treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in an outpatient setting
• Use of available practice diagnostics such as practice laboratory, digital X-ray, ECG, and ultrasound diagnostics
• Conducting preventive examinations and preventive medical services

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, General Practitioner, or an equivalent foreign qualification, especially the German specialist title in General Medicine
• German language skills at C1 level for secure, empathetic, and professional doctor-patient communication
• Interest in a long-term position in outpatient primary care
