Passionate about coordinating technical projects, comfortable with organizing and managing resources, do you want to evolve in a key role within a committed team? Then this position is made for you.
What awaits you:
- Management of work orders in our ERP (SAP), coordination of necessary materials, and ensuring resource availability
- Close collaboration with the logistics team to establish and monitor material purchase requests
- Supervision of interventions on our rotating machines in collaboration with our external partners, with smooth and structured communication
- Responsibility for the consumable parts stock: delivery control, stock organization, and optimization of replenishment processes
- Updating documentation and equipment history in the ERP and CMMS
- Performing level 1 and 2 interventions, participating in electrical routines and thermographies of critical equipment and motors, generating analysis reports
- Involvement in machine learning diagnostics and MCE measurements
- Participation in on-call service according to the pre-established schedule
- Strict application and active promotion of Holcim standards regarding health, safety, and environmental protection
What you bring:
- Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, electrician planner, or equivalent qualification
- Authorization according to Article 13 of the OIBT (or meeting the criteria for obtaining it)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician installer or electrician planner, ideally in an industrial environment
- Ability to collaborate closely with different departments and maintain good professional relationships
- Autonomy, proactivity, initiative, and rigor
- Fluency in French
