- Within the scope of managed services, you analyse technically complex incidents, develop solutions, and thus ensure the smooth operation of customer infrastructures

- Experience in operating and supporting IT infrastructures with a network component
- You have completed training or further education in computer science at HF/FH/University level

Tasks
- You operate sophisticated IT security solutions in the enterprise infrastructure environment with managed services, primarily working with technologies from PaloAlto Networks, Cisco, and Checkpoint- Within the scope of managed services, you analyse technically complex incidents, develop solutions, and thus ensure the smooth operation of customer infrastructures

Profile
- You have solid knowledge of common network and security technologies (FW, IDS/IPS, SASE, SD WAN, IAM, PAM)- Experience in operating and supporting IT infrastructures with a network component
- You have completed training or further education in computer science at HF/FH/University level
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
