📋 What to expect

• Individual support for a pupil on the autism spectrum – you accompany them through lessons and provide orientation and structure
• You support them in building social contacts, promote their independence, and help them manage various learning processes
• You work closely with teachers and various specialists
• You assist the teachers in everyday school life

🎯 What you bring

• A completed training and further education for school assistants
• Experience in working with children on the autism spectrum
• Patience, reliability, and a clear, appreciative attitude
• The ability to convey security and calm even in demanding situations
• Openness and willingness to collaborate with various specialists
• Further education in the field of autism spectrum already completed or willingness to undertake it
