Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents in the living groups as well as in assisted living enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach and train our apprentices
- You recognize emergency situations and manage them
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
- You are motivated and gladly apply your pronounced professional and social skills in everyday life
- Ideally, you have knowledge of RAI/RUG and careCoach
- Good oral and written German skills
- With your cheerful nature, you actively contribute to a company culture where residents and employees feel comfortable
