Your Challenge

  • Accounts receivable & accounts payable including payment transactions and dunning
  • Financial accounting: postings and reconciliation of accounts of the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as bank accounts
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, creating evaluations, monthly accrual postings, documentation and statistics
  • Processing of internal investment requests including budget control
  • Support in processing medical fees
  • Support in maintaining fixed asset accounting
  • Support in managing cost accounting according to REKOLE® standard
  • Apprentice supervision

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial basic training as well as several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • High motivation and resilience
  • Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical, precise, careful and independent working style
  • Team- and service-oriented as well as communicative personality
  • Proficient in MS Office
