- You actively participate in developing the strategic communication and marketing foundations as well as in projects to further develop existing customer interaction with
- You are responsible for and edit foundation-specific communications (e.g. annual reports, customer letters or factsheets) in close collaboration with the managing directors of the various AXA collective foundations and different AXA specialist departments
- You accompany the creation process of marketing measures to position AXA and its collective foundations in terms of holistic, target group-appropriate and comprehensible communication
- You are responsible for coordinating and managing the directive and form system for the occupational pension business area

- You enjoy presenting complex issues simply and clearly with a clear writing style and tailoring them to various target groups
- You are willing to question existing communication processes, develop new solution approaches and, where appropriate, use new digital communication tools
- You are interested in occupational pensions and their integration into the Swiss social security system and understand their challenges
- You are an independent and curious personality with high initiative and enjoy working in a team
- You have very good language skills in German and ideally French/English. Experience in using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
