What to expect
- You take full end-to-end responsibility for demanding IT projects. From the initial idea and scoping through planning, implementation, testing, and cutover to the hypercare phase, you manage projects holistically and with foresight.
- Depending on the context, you lead projects agilely, classically, or in hybrid setups. You choose the appropriate approach model, implement it pragmatically, and ensure reliable delivery.
- You lead interdisciplinary teams on-site and remotely. In doing so, you promote ownership, create transparency, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
- In stakeholder management, you navigate confidently at all levels. From C-level to business units, you communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly, appropriately for the audience, and reliably.
- You actively manage budget, milestones, and deliverables. You use earned value analyses and forecasts transparently to make progress and control needs clear.
- You actively participate in the project. Depending on the need, in requirements engineering, architecture, development of business concepts, user stories or use cases, and if necessary, close to implementation.
- You contribute to shaping. In the Requirements & Project Excellence team, you actively influence our service offering, share best practices, and coach colleagues.
- Additionally, you prepare proposals and customer presentations and support pre-sales activities up to contract negotiations.
What you bring
- A technical university degree from a university, ETH, or university of applied sciences, or a comparable education forms your basis.
- More than five years of experience in IT project management distinguish you. Experience as a software engineer, requirements or business analyst is a plus.
- Agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban as well as classical or hybrid approach models like HERMES are familiar to you. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
- You bring experience in managing project budgets from CHF 500k and in leading interdisciplinary teams of more than five people.
- Quality is very important to you. Experience in quality and risk management is part of your profile.
- Clear and audience-appropriate communication is one of your strengths. You appear confident in workshops and presentations.
- You combine a structured and analytical way of working with a hands-on mentality and a pragmatic attitude.
- You bring flexibility and enjoyment in working with customers from different industries. Project-related travel within Switzerland is a matter of course for you.
- A strong service mindset shapes your actions. High customer orientation, reliability, and cooperative collaboration are natural to you.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
