You want to get to know HR from a practical perspective, actively shape recruiting and take on responsibility? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for a motivated team member for our HRM team for a fixed-term position of one year who is eager to master administrative tasks and experience exciting projects at the same time.
- You write job advertisements, pre-sort application documents and make the first contact with applicants – by phone and email.
- You formulate rejections professionally and thus support a smooth application process.
- You are part of the organisation of our check-in day for new employees and independently take on individual programme points.
- You answer applicant enquiries and actively approach potential talents – via social media, email or phone.
- You support the HR Business Partner team with general administrative tasks and in the operational day-to-day business.
- You get to know the HR processes from A to Z and gain insights into exciting topics such as onboarding and employer branding.
- You have completed a commercial basic training, are doing a preparatory year or are currently studying (Bachelor or Master).
- You are a career changer with enthusiasm for recruiting and a quick grasp.
- You are passionate about Human Resources & Recruiting, take responsibility and like to get involved.
- You work independently, are a team player, eager to learn and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- You speak and write very good German (at least level C1).
With around 1,400 employees, we ensure accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults at our nine company locations in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
