Your area of responsibility

• Implementation of internal and legal regulations regarding player protection and anti-money laundering
• Analysis and evaluation of customer account data (especially playing behaviour, transactions and player documents) as well as taking appropriate measures
• Documentation of results in various software applications
• Written and telephone contact with our customers
• Close cooperation with the Payments and Customer Service departments
• Regular exchange with our external partner

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Quick comprehension
• Ability to recognise risk situations and act in compliance with processes and guidelines
• Assertiveness
• Very good German skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
• Minimum age 18 years
